I'm Henrique Ibaldo, a designer who builds.

I make simple products that feel obvious in hindsight: 11+ SaaS products, about 1M users, designed and coded end to end.

Selected cases:

TidyCal

  • Online scheduling
  • Brand, product design, front end
  • 2021–now

A booking tool built to be simpler than Calendly. I designed it from launch through three brand generations and coded its front end. It grew to 477K sign-ups and $4M in sales, was #1 Product of the Day on Product Hunt, and outscores Calendly on G2 for ease of use.

BreezeDoc

  • E-signatures
  • Brand, product design, front end
  • 2024

A DocuSign alternative for freelancers. From a name to a live beta in 4 weeks: logo, brand, homepage and the whole product interface. It reached 100 paying customers two weeks ahead of goal.

FormRobin

  • Online forms
  • Brand, product design, front end
  • 2025

A form builder that looks professional out of the box. I designed the logo and brand, and built the editor, dashboard and AI form generator as part of a three-person team. The MVP took about 45 days of development. It made $19.5K in its first 8 days, and users had “a working form up and running in less than two minutes.”

One designer, 11 products

  • Design systems
  • 2018–now

For most of eight years I was the only designer behind AppSumo Originals. Rather than design each product by hand, I treated the family as one product with many front doors: a shared pricing page, cross-product navigation and a component library, designed once and rolled out to every app. That let a four-person team launch new products in weeks, and took one pricing page into six products in four days.
